In the case of receipt of the package: We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements: - the item is not as described - the item is the wrong size. - the item is of poor quality or damaged. Reimbursement requests can be made within 15 days of receipt of your goods. In the event of non-receipt of the package: You have 45 days from the date on which the carrier received the package to file a complaint and request a return or refund. Reimbursements are made within one week after validation of after-sales service. ‍
