Processing and dispatch

Order confirmed before 12 p.m. on a business day → dispatched the same day.
Order confirmed after 12 p.m. or at the weekend → dispatched the next business day.
Internal processing is guaranteed within 24 hours maximum (excluding public holidays).

During major promotional events (Black Friday, sales, flash sales), these lead times may be slightly extended due to the high volume of orders.

Discreet packaging

All parcels are shipped in neutral packaging, with no brand or visible mention of the contents. Neither the carrier nor the people around you can guess what is inside.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also find it at any time in your customer account on golden-high.com.

Parcel insurance (optional)

For €1.90 incl. VAT, add parcel insurance to your order:

With insurance — in the event of loss or theft, free reshipment of your order to a pickup point.
Without insurance — no reshipment or refund is made by us; the claim must be addressed directly to the carrier (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Chronopost).

Delivery problem

In the event of a parcel not received, damaged or a delivery anomaly, any claim must be sent to us within a maximum of 30 days after the delivery date (or the presumed delivery date in the event of non-receipt). After this period, no claim can be processed.

The parcel tracking number
Photos of the parcel and/or the products received (if relevant)

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt if the product is defective, not as described or does not match the description. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
